Punjab Grill had just completed 5 years at their Koramangala Branch. To commemorate things, they threw a huge bash keeping in mind the gastronomical aspect.
Chef Choubey was specially flown down for the event and had curated an exotic 16 course menu which was fantastic. Below we take you on a pictorial journey of the dishes par excellence that night:
1. KRSMA: Red Wine from Hampi Hills
The meat so perfectly cooked that it just melted in our mouth. Easily the best of the lot.
3. Paneer Grilled With Orange Marmalade:
This combination sounds impossible but is nothing short of perfect.
4. Pattar Gosh:
A classic made just how it should originally be.
This was more like a deconstructed Samosa, complete with Pumpkin and spicy Aloo.
6. Mushrooms Deep Fried
This dish was complete with a perfect citrusy sauce.
7. Tandoori Prawns
The prawns were fresh and grilled to perfection!
8. Quail Eggs
A deep fried version, something refreshingly new.
9. Rajma Kichdi
Move over from the typical Dal Kichdi and try this genius out!
10. Nalli Nihari
A perfect gravy best paired with fresh and hot Naans.
