Thai Pavilion from Taj President, Mumbai at Blue Ginger from Taj Westend, Bangalore Join hands to give you the best Tropical Cuisine

This week, the Taj Westend, invited us to celebrate the true legacy of the Thai & Vietnamese cuisine at Blue Ginger where the iconic Taj West End joined hands with the legendary Thai Pavilion, Vivanta by Taj – President, Mumbai.

It was an extraordinary culinary journey taking us through Taj’s Asian Treasure as Taj West End brought together the culinary repertoire of two of the most popular Asian cuisines, Vietnamese and Thai.

Why you should try this?

It’s simply because you have to tantalize your taste buds with the authentic vegetarian and non-vegetarian lingering flavours from Vietnam and Thailand like  Phad Phak (Vegetables Stir Fried with Light Sauce), coupled with exquisite desserts such as: Fok Thong Sankaya (Delicately steamed pumpkin custard), Som Tom (Young Papaya Salad Mix with Sweet Spicy Sauce), Yum Ma Muang (Raw Mango Salad with Water Chestnut), Pla Neung Manao (Steamed Fish with Lemon Garlic Sauce) and much more.
